1. FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
Starting from a technical drawing provided by the client, we conduct a product feasibility analysis to provide a complete financial offer. Thanks to our know-how, we identify potential critical issues in the new product's workflow, working closely with the client to ensure high-efficiency series production.
2. TOOL DESIGN
Thanks to the extensive experience of our technical department and the use of advanced 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software, we are able to design and manufacture the molds required for production in-house. During the design phase, we leverage our expertise to suggest and implement any improvements to the final product, working closely with the client to ensure optimal and customized solutions.
3. TOOL CONSTRUCTION
Our tooling department creates molds with the utmost precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless production cycle and finished products that meet and maintain the client’s expectations over time.
The department is also responsible for the regular and scheduled maintenance of the built equipment, ensuring optimal performance and high efficiency in production.

4. SAMPLING
In this phase, the testing of the equipment specifically designed and built for the item in question is carried out.
The entire process is checked for compliance with the specifications defined during the feasibility phase, ensuring its accuracy and suitability. Any critical issues and opportunities for improvement are analyzed and documented, fostering continuous and collaborative dialogue with the client.
5. MASS PRODUCTION
All technical and quality aspects have been approved.
Series production proceeds in compliance with delivery times, production batches, and maximum efficiency in terms of performance.
The company boasts a highly specialized and diversified machine park, designed for the production of stamped and bent metal components.
6. POST PRODUCTION SERVICES
The stamped product can be completed with surface finishing treatments, galvanic and thermal processes, assembly stages, 100% quality control, and packaging.
The selection of external suppliers is carried out through a rigorous evaluation process, collaborating only with those who maintain high-quality standards.
7. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
We collaborate with our clients to meet any requests that may arise during the product lifecycle, such as technical modifications or process improvements, even years after the sampling phase.
